R10 000 GIVEAWAY COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Qualifying criteria:
2. Contestants must book & install a 4EVA Fibre Pools All other company shells are excluded from this competition.
3. Bookings must be done between 19 April 2022 – 31 July 2022.
4. Installations must be done between 19 April 2022 – 14 August 2022.
5. All installations must be paid in full in order for the client to qualify as a contestant in this competition. Where monies are outstanding by the final draw date (15 August 2022) the client will not qualify to be in the draw.
6. Installations booked between 19 April 2022 – 31 July 2022 for installation after 15 August 2022 does not form part of this competition.
7. Three draws will be held, each winner will win R10 000.

9. Installations between  19 April 2022 – 14 June 2022 will be drawn on 15 June 2022.
10. Installations between  15 June 2022 – 14 July 2022 will be drawn on 15 July 2022.
11. Installations between  15 July 2022 – 14 August 2022 will be drawn on 15 August 2022.
12. Last day for bookings is 31 July 2022.
13. Competition draws will be done at random.
14. All decisions are final.
15. Any person who is an employee or subcontractor of BK PROJECTS SA, is excluded from winning this competition.
16. Competition winners will be announced on the BK PROJECTS SA website, Instagram & Facebook pages.
17. Competition winners to make him/herself available for a photo opt at the BK PROJECTS SA pool shop at a time convenient for the winner.
18. Competition winners give BK PROJECTS SA permission to post a photo of him/her on the BK PROJECTS SA website, Instagram & Facebook pages.
19. Payment of the R10 000 will be made into the designated bank account of the winner. The winner is to provide BK PROJECTS SA a bank account confirmation letter. Payment will be made within 48 hours of the draw date.
20. This competition is only open to BK PROJECTS SA CAPE TOWN branch clients.
21. Only full installations qualify for this competition. DIY installations are excluded from this competition.
22. All installations must be paid in full before a particular draw date in order for the client to qualify for that particular draw date.
23. A client can only qualify for ONE DRAW – not more than one.
24. Contestant lists will be updated weekly, contestants may contact the office at any time to confirm whether their name is on the draw list.
25. Names of contestants may be shared on BK PROJECTS SA website, Instagram & Facebook pages.

2. Installation of the swimming pool is NOT INCLUDED. Installation costs will be for the account of the winner.

5. Semi-finalists will be announced on 23 July 2021.
6. Smaller random draws to be done between 26 July 2021 – 30 July 2021 to choose 25 finalists for the final draw on 1 August 2021.
